Five student projects were awarded for their innovation

First place: PacPak

This project featured a smart backpack equipped with a mobile locking and alert system, designed to protect the user’s belongings. The backpack is complemented by a mobile application and a GPS system, allowing the owner to be alerted if someone tries to open it, regardless of whether they are near or far from it.

Second place: Jenni “My Physio Friend”

Jenni is an application designed for people with disabilities who use prostheses. Through an educational and friendly interface, the app seeks to facilitate the rehabilitation process, becoming a virtual assistant for users.

Third place: MenTest

This application offers a tool to automate the diagnosis of stress and anxiety levels in work and academic environments. MenTest guides users in making informed decisions about their emotional well-being and emotional intelligence.

Fourth place: Follow me

This project focuses on the creation of ecological podotactile guides for people with visual disabilities, manufactured from recycled materials such as PET and PVC bottles. Its implementation is aimed at improving accessibility in public institutions in Mexico.

Fifth place: Abstractn’t – Tangible Science

This team presented an innovative educational tool that uses augmented reality to improve the learning of STEM subjects, making abstract concepts more accessible and understandable for students.

Support for the future of innovators

During her speech, Karen Goldberg, CMO of Samsung Electronis, highlighted the value of initiatives such as Solve for Tomorrow, stating that “this program demonstrates the enormous potential of our young people to solve real problems using technological tools. We are proud to see the impact it has on the lives and communities of so many young Mexicans for eleven years.”

The event was not only a celebration of the talent and creativity of the students, but also a platform for young people from different regions of the country to connect, share experiences and envision a brighter future thanks to technology.

Solve for Tomorrow celebrated its eleventh edition and continues to have the objective of empowering new generations and promoting innovative solutions that generate positive change in their communities.
