A new shooting has caused panic in a school in Russia, with the result, so far, of nine people killed: five children, two teachers and two members of security.

According to the RIA news agency, an armed man has broken into the school number 88 of the city of Izhevsk, at the foot of the Ural Mountains, and has started shooting. There are another 20 people injured, including several children.

This same agency that quotes Reuters, assures that the attacker has committed suicide.

Governor Alexander Brechalov of the Udmurtia region, of which Izhevsk is the capital, has clarified that the shooter, who has not yet been identified, killed first a security guard, then another member and several children and teachers.

At school 88 in Izhevsk, located a few meters from the city administration, about a thousand students study, according to Russian media Efe.
