Do you remember those times when YouTubers they shared their gameplays of Five Nights At Freddy’s? Well, now you can live the experience of this horror and suspense title in movie theaters. Universal Pictures, along with Blumhouse Productions and Striker Entertainment are working on adapting the franchise to a film version.

Little is really known about the plot, but you can already imagine what the movie is about. Five Nights At Freddy’s is about a vigilante who must keep an eye on the cameras in an old pizzeria and must survive until dawn.

The story centers on Mike Schmidt, who takes this job opportunity unaware that four animatronic dolls come to life at night: Freddy Fazbear, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy. They will kill anyone they find in the store at that time of night.

You can already see the first official trailer of the film through the official YouTube channels of Universal Pictures. Actor Josh Hutcherson plays Schmidt, who after accepting the job is informed that some children have disappeared on the premises and it is not known what happened to them.

The terrifying phenomenon of the horror video game transformed into a chilling cinematic extravaganza, Blumhouse (producer of M3GAN, The Black Telephone and The Invisible Man) brings Five Nights at Freddy’s to the big screen. The film is about a troubled security guard who starts working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. As he spends his first night on the job, he realizes that the night shift at Freddy’s won’t be so easy to get over.
