First preview of the series “The Last Of Us” with Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey

HBO Max released a preview of what will be “The Last of Us”the television adaptation of the video game and which will star actors Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey.

This first look is 20 seconds long and you can see Pascal playing Joel and Bella Ramsey playing Ellie in the long-awaited series that will arrive in 2023.

The Chilean and the young actress have a common past, since both participated in “Game of Thrones” (2011-2019).

“The Last of Us” is a famous post-apocalyptic video game that was released in 2013 and caused a sensation on the PlayStation console.

The long-awaited sequel to this title, “The Last of Us Part II”, was published last June 2020, that same year it won the game of the year award at the Game Awards, the video game Oscars.

The television project on “The Last of Us” will be a co-production of Sony Pictures Television in association with PlayStation Productions, a company that, in this way, will enter the world of series for the first time.

The game’s writer and creative director, Neil Druckmann, will also write and executive produce alongside director Craig Mazin (“Chernobyl”). While the pilot will be in charge of the Russian filmmaker Kantemir Balagov (“Beanpole”).
