Louisiana Open Primary

Who can vote?: Louisiana holds “jungle” primaries, in which all candidates appear on the same ballot. If a candidate wins the majority of the votes, he is elected. If no candidate wins a majority, the top two advance to a second round.
Georgia second round
Who can vote?: Georgia has no party registration, so registered voters can vote in any of the primaries.
