Filtered an Intel Raptor Lake Core i5-13600HX with 14 cores and 20 threads

Just a few months after the premiere of the new Intel Alder Lake-HX platform for high-performance laptops, have already seen tests of the new generation Intel Raptor Lake-HX. A new processor for laptops has been seen at BAPCo Intel Core i5-13600HXa processor with 14 cores and 20 threads of execution, to which it seems two more cores have been added compared to the current Intel Core i5-12600HX that has 12 (4 + 8).

On the other hand, the BAPCo platform does not report the core count that this Intel Core i5-13600HX has, so we don't know how many high-performance, high-efficiency cores has this new processor. We also do not know the frequency at which the cores work or the TDP of these processors, although being from the same range as the current Intel Alder Lake-HX, we assume that will work with a basic TDP of 55W to make it easier to move to the new generation Intel Raptor Lake-HX by having the same TDP as the current generation.

This new Intel Raptor Lake-HX processor has appeared just 3 and a half months since the launch of the current generation. It seems that Intel is in a hurry to launch these new processors to which has increased cores in this generationand that not expected until at least next year where perhaps we can see them at the next CES 2023 held at the beginning of the year.
