Fifth Meeting of the Presiding Officers of the Regional Conference on Social Development

The Fifth Meeting of the Presiding Officers of the Regional Conference on Social Development in Latin America and the Caribbean will be held in Cuenca, Ecuador, on September 29, 2022 in the framework of the XIV Ministerial Forum for Development in Latin America and the Caribbean of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). This meeting will bring together all the authorities of the ministries or secretariats of Social Development and equivalents and its results will be recorded in a report that will be distributed to all the member countries of ECLAC. The current Board of Directors was elected at the Fourth Regional Conference on Social Development in Latin America and the Caribbean held virtually in October 2021 and is made up of Antigua and Barbuda in the Presidency and Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Paraguay and Uruguay in the Vice Presidencies.
