Although it has been in the news that this model is basically the reform that collapsed in the Senate, the truth is that the difficulties in the teaching sector have increased, especially due to the lack of knowledge about how this special regime system is going to work.
According to what Fecode said, this model was built in order to overcome the attention deficit that teachers had, vertical integration, financial intermediation and the ineffectiveness of audit and control mechanisms.

“These are aspects that summarize a large part of the ills that afflict more than 800,000 members throughout the country, subjected for years to non-delivery of medications, non-timely scheduling of surgeries and procedures, untimely appointments for specialized medicine, among others.yes”, they argue.

According to the councilor of Bogotá, Daniel F. Briceño, Fecode is “a union kneeling to extreme ideology. They put politics and relationships with the Government above their own members”.
