Fallout: filter first images of the Prime Video series; this is what the post apocalyptic world looks like

Prime Video and the makers of Westworld are working on making a new series based on fallout, the popular RPG franchise from Bethesda Game Studios. At the moment it is unknown how it will be, but at least it seems that the fans will be able to be satisfied with its stage design or that is what its first filtered photos indicate.

What happens is that Collider shared the first images of one of the filming locations for fallout. These are images that come from Straten Island, district of New York, which show us a real shopping center that was aged and mistreated to look like something out of the post-apocalyptic world of fallout.

In this way, the images show us a shopping center that was transformed into a Super Duper Mart, a supermarket that has appeared in several installments of fallout. After the nuclear catastrophe, this place was left looking horrible and in its parking lot there are abandoned cars that have certainly seen better days.

We remind you that the filming of fallout It just started this week. The series doesn’t have a debut date yet, but we wouldn’t be surprised if it was one of the Prime Video premieres in late 2023 or early 2024. We’ll keep an eye out and let you know when we have more details about its debut.

What do we know about fallout for Prime Video?

We remind you that it was in July 2020 when it was confirmed that Prime Video and Bethesda Softworks reached an agreement to work on a series based on Fallout, the famous RPG franchise. It is a production made in collaboration with Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, creators of Westworld and Kilter Films, his production house. Todd Howard, one of the main minds of Bethesda Game Studios, also participates in the project.

“fallout is one of the greatest video game series in all of history,” Kilter Films said in a statement. “Each chapter of this imaginative story has cost us countless hours that we could have spent with friends and family. We are incredibly excited to partner with Todd Howard and the rest of the great lunatics at Bethesda to bring this massive, subversive, dark universe to life with Amazon Studios.”

At the moment there are not many more details about the series of fallout. The only thing we know is that Walton Goggins will play one of his protagonists and everything seems to indicate that he will be a ghoul. It is also confirmed that actors such as Kyle MacLachlan, Xelia Mendes-Jones and Aaron Moten will be part of the cast.
