Face to face: Uber One, Didi Club or Rappi Pro, what does each one offer?

What do its users think?

Fernanda Quevedo is a Didi Club user, an option she opted for after trying Uber One and Rappi Pro.

“Didi Club convinced me more because the discount on trips is better, especially in the morning, they have a promotion in which the discount increases from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.,” he said.

Another incentive for her is that – as she says – free food deliveries are from orders of 99 pesos, compared to Uber One (which has a subscription cost that only differs by one peso), in which the minimum is 150 pesos.

Fernanda described Rappi Pro as a “total disappointment.”

“I only have it because Amazon included it for me one year, but always pure failures: the orders take time to arrive, if you don’t reach more than 200 pesos the shipping is charged and the shipping costs are quite high, plus the service fees. I only use it for the pharmacy,” he said.

But not everyone thinks the same, Luis Fragoso considers that Rappi Pro is worth it, particularly due to the savings in shipping costs, which he considers to be high when you do not have the subscription.

Luis details that he would not recommend hiring the service if you are not a frequent user, because compared to its competition, the monthly payment is higher and maintaining it as a sporadic user of the app “is not profitable.”

“It is a service that is really worth it, when and only when, you really use it intensively,” he says.

According to Rappi, the price of your subscription is paid in three orders, taking into account the average cost of shipping and service fees that users save in a month.

For Octavio García, the preference was for Uber One, he is a user of this subscription and Rappi Pro, to which he has access thanks to Amazon Prime.

“I like Uber One better, it has more establishments where buying a single product already has free shipping, except for convenience stores and supermarkets. It also does not charge you for the service fee, which, for example, Rappi does,” she commented.

Octavio has been paying for the Uber One subscription for about a year and will continue to do so, as he feels that it offers more promotions, and the price of the products is slightly lower than in Rappi Pro and the customer service is good.

“I liked the service because when some things arrive with a defect or, for example, stale or hard bread, I send a photo and they automatically refund me. “In terms of customer service, it is more efficient.”
