Exoprimal x Street Fighter 6: the crazy collaboration presented by Capcom

It looks like it will be a good year for Capcom. The new fighting game has already debuted on consoles Street Fighter 6 with better graphics and support for multiplayer, while preparing everything for the launch of exoprimal for July 14. During the Summer Game Fest 2023, the company announced a collaboration of these two franchises with unique content.

Iconic characters Ryu and Guile, who recently made a comeback in Street Fighter 6, will join the universe of Exoprimal, Capcom’s upcoming team-based online action title.

The duo will face off against challengers and hordes of dinosaurs on Bikitoa Island. As part of the Exoprimal x Street Fighter 6 collaboration, Ryu and Guile will transform into Exosuits, allowing players to do battle on the streets of the island. Capcom promises that more Street Fighter™-themed cosmetic items will be available for Ex-Fighters in future announcements. It was also revealed that more collaborations between Exoprimal and other Capcom titles are in the works.

Exoprimal x Street Fighter 6 Trailer

The teaser was unveiled during the event and it looked like new cosmetic content for Street Fighter 6 would be announced; However, to everyone’s surprise, it was Exoprimal content, a title that has not yet reached consoles. Ryu appeared on the giant screen, but it was a metallic version, which would later face dinosaurs and huge creatures.

What is Exoprimal?

An online team-based action game, Exoprimal pits players equipped with futuristic technology against the most ferocious beasts in history: dinosaurs. Set in the year 2040, players are immersed in combat orchestrated by an advanced artificial intelligence called Leviathan. In the main game mode, Jurassic Tide, teams of five Ex-Wrestlers compete to complete objectives while fending off hordes of dinosaurs.

Exoprimal will go on sale on July 14 of this year for all consoles: Xbox Series X, Xbox One, PC (via Steam), PlayStaton 5 and PS4. As if that were not enough, all those who have an Xbox Game Pass subscription will be able to access the game from day 1 of launch, both for PC and in the cloud.
