The Windows operating system offers a lot of customization options, not only for all the components of our computer, but also key aspects regarding the taskbar.
The task bar is one of the most striking aspects of the Windows operating system, and in it we have access to widgets, the start menu, the search engine, pinned applications, and shortcuts such as the time, battery or WiFi networks, among others.
What few people know is that Windows 11 includes a very powerful emoji panel, where you can also access GIFs and special symbols, and the clipboard history.
However, the shortcut to access this emoji panel is through the Windows key + period.
Those from Redmond want to include an access button to this emoji panel in the taskbar itself.
At the moment it is not in a stable version because it has been seen in build 22635.4580 of the beta channel.
Once it is available, simply go to the operating system settings, “personalization”, then “taskbar” and in “system tray icons” you must select the “emoji and more” option.
You can choose whether this emoji button remains visible all the time or only when a series of conditions are met.
It is unknown whether or not it will be disabled by default, but it is clear that if you are a person who loves to express yourself with GIFs or emojis you should always have it active in the taskbar.
