One of the most exciting announcements from the past Nintendo Direct was that of DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince, which will arrive later this year for Switch. Now, an interesting detail related to his save files has just been revealed.
As you will surely remember, a few days ago this Dragon Quest spin-off confirmed its history and the launch of 3 downloadable content packs with new objects and challenges.
However, more information has just arrived about the promising title that confirms a very important fact: it will only have one save file for each Nintendo account:
“Players can use multiple accounts on a Nintendo Switch, and each account on that console will have a save file. To play against each other online, each player must have their own copy of the game,” reads the message a Square Enix representative told Noisy Pixel.

So if you are one of the users who use different files to progress through a game, you better take care of this point before it is released on the hybrid console.

We remind you that the title will follow Psaro (antagonist of Dragon Quest IV), who will appear in a younger version when he received a curse from his father that prevents him from doing damage to monsters, so he will become a tamer of these creatures to defend him.
DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: The Dark Prince It will arrive on December 1 of this year on Nintendo Switch. You can learn more about the launch at this link.
