Many PS4 video games feature enhanced graphics versions for Playstation 5. The same situation is experienced in Microsoft consoles: from Xbox One to xbox series x. One of the ones that will change noticeably is “Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot”.
During the Tokyo Game Show 2022 conference, the developer company Bandai Namco shared the impressive trailer for the title. In turn, the release date was confirmed for January 12, 2023.
In the preview we can see the classic anime scenes such as Vegeta’s arrival on Earth and the first fight against Goku. There are also images of other villains such as Cell, Frieza, and Majin Buu.
However, the fighting remains exactly the same; the impressive comes later. A parallel of the graphical improvement that has been made is made. The water, for example, will be much more realistic and the vegetation of the scenarios has been retouched.
The game will run at 60fps on PS5 and Xbox Series X; In addition, it was confirmed that those who bought the PS4 or Xbox One version will have the free update. Otherwise, you will have to pay the full price.
New season pass for “Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot”
The announcement was not only about the graphical improvement, but Bandai Namco is also preparing a new season pass that will feature Bardock’s story in his first DLC. In total, there will be three stories from the anime and manga that will be adapted to the video game.
