Valve made a very special announcement to celebrate Halloween with the entire community of DOTA2. The revelation especially excited the players of Mexico, since the new heroine of the game is based on the culture of the country and one of its most striking celebrations: the Day of the Dead.
With a short trailer, the company revealed Muerta, the MOBA’s new playable character. The video tells a bit of the story of this new heroine with a spooky twist that fans of the game will certainly enjoy.

Who is Muerta and when will she arrive? DOTA2?
Muerta is a revenant who has unfinished business and who will do everything possible to consummate revenge. Her trailer reveals that she has had a complicated life full of suffering and that she has followed “the ways of the damned.”
Thus, it is someone feared both in the world of the living and in the world of spirits, and is even more feared than death itself. For now, no details about her abilities or her exact release date have been revealed.
We know that it will arrive at the title sometime in 2023. Valve assured that it will be ready for combat in the first months of next year. Below you can see its first trailer.
