The error in these applications is due to a bug in Windows 11 version 22H2 and that affects exactly applications installed via the MSIX application package. Yes, it sounds strange and you might think that this package is used by complex applications, but this is far from the truth.
In fact, the basic applications of windows use this package. That is why when restoring Windows 11 Programs such as Notepad, Paint, Cortana, Terminal, or Office applications may start to crash. The bug affects randomly so there is no solution that works 100% of the time.
