DIPLOMA DATA ANALYSIS WITH REPRODUCABLE RE-INVESTIGATION FOR BIOSCIENCES.

DIPLOMA DATA ANALYSIS WITH REPRODUCABLE RE-INVESTIGATION FOR BIOSCIENCES.

AUGUST 29 TO NOVEMBER 30, 2022

DESCRIPTION OF THE DIPLOMA

The Diploma in Data Analysis with R and Reproducible Research for Biosciences provides theoretical and practical skills in modern data science and reproducible research with an emphasis on Biosciences.

During the course, students will develop fundamental skills for the storage, reading, processing, analysis and presentation of research results using the R, Rstudio and Rmarkdown software.

In addition, under the paradigm of reproducible research, students will use the Github version control software to develop a personal data analysis project. The contents of the course are explained using different case studies with an emphasis on Biosciences.

PARTICIPANT PROFILE

Professionals or graduates of Agronomy, Biology, Marine Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, veterinary science and areas related to research with living organisms and biological resources.
