The second expansion of Dead Island 2, SoLAis now on sale on Xbox, PlayStation and PC through the Epic Game Store, and will be available on Steam starting April 22, 2024.

Set in the heart of The Angels, Alone takes players to the quintessential Californian music festival, where a psychedelic beat unleashes chaos, turning the mosh pit into a putrid crater of blood and releasing a malevolent presence that stalks the player.

SoLA Features:

• New history: A deadly virus sweeps away The Valley, turning its inhabitants into voracious zombies while a chthonic rhythm calls from beyond: The rhythm of the autophagous. Drawn to the festival by an enigmatic warning message, players must explore the ruins of Alone and put an end to this otherworldly threat.
• New location: A festival of visceral music and gore in The Angels to the sound of The Beat that threatens to turn the living into zombies, and with the potential to be heard around the world.
• New enemies: Including the whippera new apex variant enemy, driven mad with self-hatred by the Autophage. Their compulsion to self-mutilate has turned them into a horrible nightmare of disemboweled intestines, allowing them to attack from a distance. Next, the Clotter, a disturbing variant of the apex that can decompose into a disgusting pile of viscera, making it immune to damage in that form, and then reform elsewhere to continue the fight. As if that were not enough, they are also capable of firing a powerful jet of putrid blood from their heart.
• New legendary weapons: We present the Ripper -a deadly fusion of a baseball bat and a circular saw, turning it into a percussive dismemberment machine- and the Saw blade launcher, a heavy weapon that fires rotating saw blades; the perfect weapon for decapitating and dismembering at a distance.
