Da Nang calls for investment for 10 logistics center projects

The People’s Committee of the central city of Da Nang has announced a list of logistics projects that require investment until 2030.

Specifically, the list has a total area of ​​212 – 235ha by 2030, and 358 – 390ha by 2050.

It includes a regional logistics center, a specialized aviation logistics center and eight provincial logistics centers.

The port of Lien Chieu will be a regional logistics hub, and is expected to have a size of 30-35ha in 2023, and 65-70ha in 2050.

The new Kim Lien Cargo Terminal Logistics Center will be a provincial hub, covering 5-6 hectares in 2023 and 8-10 hectares in 2050. It provides rail logistics services to support seaports and the Hoa Khanh industrial zone.

The Da Nang High-Tech Park Logistics Center will be a provincial center of 3-5 hectares in 2030 and 15-20 hectares in 2050.

It will provide road logistics services as an auxiliary air and rail logistics center, supporting Da Nang Hi-Tech Park.

The Hoa Nhon Logistics Center, combined with the inland ports, will be a provincial center with an area of ​​40 hectares in 2030 and 75 hectares in 2050.

It offers technical services for road transport vehicles, transport intermediation services and cargo logistics services.

Da Nang International Airport Logistics Center is a specialized aviation logistics center, with an area of ​​4-5 hectares in 2030 and 8-10 hectares in 2050.

The Hoa Phuoc Logistics Center will be a provincial center, with a scale of 5-7ha in 2030, and 10-15ha in 2050, providing storage and transportation services for wholesale markets.

Hoa Phu Logistics Center will be a provincial hub, scaling from 3 to 5 ha by 2030, and 5 to 8 ha by 2050, providing road logistics services to support the connection of the East-West Economic Corridor.

The Hoa Ninh Logistics Center is a 20-hectare provincial center that will provide logistics services to the Hoa Ninh Industrial Park.

The Hoa Hiep Logistics Center is a 42 ha provincial center providing logistics support services to the Lien Chieu pier area and Da Nang International Airport.

Other logistics centers and warehouses on highway ring roads, in industrial zones and in clusters will have a scale of 60-70ha in 2030, and 110-120ha in 2050.

They will support the centralized logistics centers; They will collect and distribute goods for the city and neighboring provinces.
