The authorities of the Czech Republic summoned Iran's ambassador to the country, Seyed Majid GhafelĂ© Bashi, on Monday and stated that Tehran “has crossed all limits” with its drone and missile attack carried out on Saturday night against Israel.

The Czech Foreign Minister, Jan Lipavski, has thus joined his counterparts from Germany and France, who have also decided to summon the Iranian ambassadors in their respective countries to address the latest events in the Middle East.

“Czech diplomacy makes it very clear that they have crossed all limits by attacking Israel” and we have pointed out that this “endangers security in the entire region,” Lipavski said in a message broadcast through his account on the social network. x.

The Czech Republic, a member of the European Union and NATO, is historically one of Israel's biggest allies in Europe. Lipavski has accused Iran of “maintaining long-term aggressive behavior” and has accused Tehran of acting with the “tacit agreement of its Russian friends.” Meanwhile, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala has shown his support for Israel and its right to defend itself.”

Iran announced on Sunday that it had summoned the ambassadors of the United Kingdom, France and Germany to protest comments made by the authorities of these three countries following the Iranian attack in response to the bombing of the Iranian Consulate in Damascus, the Syrian capital, by part of Israel.
