The new AMD Ryzen 7000 Series have already been officially announced and will be available from next september 27. CPU-Z already has been updated to version 2.02 to support these new processors, and to the chipset that will give life to this new generation X670 and B650. But in addition to providing support for these new 4 processors announced by AMD, the user @momomo_us has found that they also two new models are supported of this series so far unannounced.
In addition to the 4 models presented yesterday by AMD, also AMD Ryzen 9 7950 and 7900 (without X) have been included. This reference to the two new AMD processors has not been seen in the release notes, but rather in the internal files of the program. Until now we had not heard of these processorsbut it is to be expected that AMD will present them after some time as version light of those presented yesterday. In addition to including the new AMD that we have mentioned, it has also been added support for new AMD Radeon 6X50 XT and RX 6400 graphics and memory overclock technology amd expo.
In this update of CPU-Z to version 2.02, Intel has also received support for some of its products. Among them are the chipset Z790 and the Intel Xeon Platinum Gold and Silver “Ice Lake-SP”. But we see no trace of the new Intel Raptor Lake processors despite including the Z790 platform that the new motherboards will carry for these upcoming processors.
