Cougar has introduced two compact size wireless keyboards, the Puri Mini and Puri Mini RGB with mechanical switches.
Compact keyboards are ideal to take wherever we go with the laptop, or to leave a large free space on the desktop. To do this, Cougar has introduced two models of the same size but with a clear difference: one has RGB per key and the other only on the case. The Cougar Puri Mini arrive in 60% format with only 61 keysa size similar to what the Logitech Mechanical Mini offers (we have analyzed its older brother with a numeric keypad).
Both keyboardsThey come with a case to protect them in the backpack or wherever we move them, so that the keys are covered. They are mechanical thanks to their Gateron switches to choose between Red and Blue, with at least 50 million keystrokes of useful life. They come with a key spacing of 6.5mm versus the more conventional 4.5mm.
The Cougar Puri Mini support up to 3 profiles in its internal memory. The Puri Mini RGB incorporates 14 different lighting effects in its case, while the other only 6. They weigh about 680 grams and are connected by a USB-C that can be removed. The manufacturer has not revealed prices but they are already listed on their website.

At the age of 15 I started overclocking my PC to squeeze out every extra FPS I could in games and scratch a few milliseconds in SuperPi, while posting tirelessly about hardware on the Geeknetic forum as a user and reader. Surely they were so tired of continually reading me in the forum that I became part of the editorial team, in which I continue to report on the latest technology. Astrophysics and PC gaming are the hobbies that, after hardware, cover most of my free time.
