CNMV fines Naturhouse chairman 110,000 euros for insider trading

June 29 () –

This Saturday, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) published a fine of 110,000 euros to the executive president of Naturhouse, Félix Revuelta, for having used privileged information related to Sniace.

Specifically, a fine has been imposed for the commission of a “very serious” infraction classified in article 282.16 of the Securities Market Law.

The CNMV points out that Revuelta sold, on his own behalf and on behalf of the companies under his control Kiluva and Finverki, a total of 1.1 million Sniace shares on 11 and 12 February 2020, with privileged information regarding Cogen Energía España’s decision to early terminate the lease and management contract for the operation of Sniace’s cogeneration plant, a decision that was communicated to the market on 12 February 2020 at 18:12.

The resolution imposing the sanction, published today in the Official State Gazette (BOE), is only final in administrative proceedings, and is subject to judicial review by the Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the National Court.
