The couple has been married for seven years.
In a recent interview with fabulous magazine, the reality star opened up about her blended family. On her bond with Luna and Isla, she said, “It’s been a long time. They were only two and four years old then. Isla always says, ‘I can’t believe she was even younger than Patricia.’”
