In an announcement posted online today, the country’s immigration office said the automatic electronic visa application system will resume tomorrow amid growing demand for travel to Macao from mainland China. However, the statement does not indicate the date of resumption of combined trips.
Residents of mainland China will be able to renew their visas through self-service machines for individual visits or combined trips, instead of submitting paper documentation for approval.
