To this end, it is working to promote job creation in the technological, legal, operational and communications sectors, as well as digital inclusion for all Colombians.
“The digital revolution has grown by leaps and bounds in the last two years. In fact, the evolution of companies has been from the technological and digital aspect. Many entities and individuals have been forced to use new technological solutions to survive in an increasingly technological and digitized world. However, from here we must take a positive aspect and work for technological democratization”, affirms Martha Moreno, executive president of Certicamara.
According to data from the National Planning Department (DNP), public entities are moving too slowly to make their citizen procedures agile, easy and safe using the Internet.

Therefore, according to Certicamara, it is vital to stimulate the digital transformation of public administration through digitization and mass automation of procedures.
“Taking advantage of the fourth industrial revolution has become the primary objective to generate a country, for this reason, the interoperability of platforms, technological solutions, the use of emerging technologies, digital security and training in digital talent are necessary tools that promote the digital inclusion and the social growth of Colombians,” added Moreno.
The directive explained that some of these tools are the digital signature, biometrics, certified mail, electronic invoicing, which “facilitate procedures, increase productivity, reduce face-to-face procedures and generate a new awareness based on the digitization of processes“.
