Centro de Liderazgo +Comunidad invites educational leaders to apply for its free diploma “Change Management and Leadership for Systemic Improvement”


The 100% online and free training program is aimed at professionals who work in entities that support school education, such as Local Education Services, DAEM, among others, in order to strengthen their leadership and thus contribute to the improvement of student learning. girls, boys and youth.

It is about strengthening the capacities and skills of leadership teams of the school system, that is, professionals who work in Local Education Services and Municipal Development Corporations, Municipal Education Departments, among other organizations that support educational establishments, which carry out a work of accompaniment and technical-pedagogical advice to the management teams of schools and high schools.

By virtue of this, the Center for Leadership for Network Improvement +Community, made up of the University of Concepción, University of Atacama, Universidad Austral, Fundación Chile and Fundación Educacional Seminarium, set out to strengthen the leadership of these professionals through the diplomat Change Management and Leadership for Systemic Improvement”, which will be carried out 100% online and free of charge.
