The rapper Cardi B has taken out the claws to defend her children, in this case her eldest daughter Kulture, three years old, who was criticized by a follower of her mother on Twitter.
The user suggested that the little girl had autism and that Cardi should be more aware of her so that she does not do any mischief because of her condition.
“Your daughter is literally autistic and you’re on twitter instead of making sure she’s not sticking her finger in an electrical outlet,” user @theminajprint wrote in a since-deleted tweet.
The 29-year-old ‘WAP’ singer was quick to respond to the comment by saying, “My daughter is not autistic… You can’t call her ugly, so you have to diagnose her with something. Go play in the traffic bitch.”
Given this impasse he had with the follower, he triggered a wave of comments from other followers who advised him to block or not pay attention to those messages from ill-intentioned people.
“Ignore them. Simple. They want to get to you and you let them,” tweeted one follower. “The “Mommy, stop paying attention to them. That is literally what they want,” wrote another.
Many other followers took the opportunity to attack the user who wrote that message to Cardi.
“Her daughter is not autistic, but I am and I’m very smart and it’s not bad to have autism, but Cardi B knows her daughter more than anyone,” intervened one of her followers. This post seemed to get the most likes.
“No one is saying there is anything wrong with being autistic, but look at the intent of the person who said it. They weren’t trying to be helpful or informative, they said it in a spiteful way so yes she has a right to be upset,” one wrote.
The rapper, a native of the Bronx, has two children: Kulture, three years old, and her son Wave, 6 months, from her relationship with her husband, rapper Offset, 30 years old.
