It’s Thursday and the political news is loaded. Yesterday Miguel Ángel Rodríguez questioned the story of Ayuso’s partner when he was forced to tell the truth in the Supreme Court, and today the investigation into the case continues: the judge who is investigating the State Attorney General, Álvaro García Ortiz, in the Supreme Court , for the alleged leak of messages about tax fraud by Ayuso’s boyfriend, takes statements from six journalists who reported on the content of those emails.
Also this morning David Sánchez, brother of the President of the Government, declares that he is being investigated in the case opened by a Badajoz Court for alleged crimes against the Treasury and Public Administration. The case of Sánchez’s brother reaches the courts promoted by the extreme right through press clippings and hoaxes.
Also, today we are going with:
- The chronicle of Esther Palomera: Sánchez avoids mentioning the Monarchy (and Franco) in the first act of commemoration of the 50 years of the end of the dictatorship
- Gan Pampols argued against Mazón’s star law so that his reports on the reconstruction after DANA were taken into account
- Juana Rivas case: what can happen now and why the Spanish justice system has taken eight years to listen to her son
