This title has had influences on various games and developers, such as ArtPlay, who decided to collaborate with thatgamecompany to bring content inspired by Journey a Bloodstained: Ritual of the Nightas part of update 1.4, which will be available from next August 23.

What does it include and how to unlock the area of Journey in Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night?
This new area of the castle is known as The Tunnels and is hidden behind a secret entrance. Players will be able to explore the corners of this area and they will also find enemies on their way; in fact, there will be a final boss that, when defeated, will offer as a reward an item inspired by thatgamecompany’s indie and that Miriam will be able to equip. Apparently, it will be a scarf like the one the Traveler wears.
Precisely, the secret entrance will be in a room with a corridor marked on the castle map, which is not inside the Den of Behemoths. It is important that you take into account that the entrance to The Tunnels will be unlocked once Gebel and the Den of Behemoths have been freed. Another important detail is that this area will not affect the completion rate of the map in general nor the achievements or trophies, since it is a secret area.
On the other hand, this new update will also include some bugs in general for the game, such as an issue related to the random option and the save and fast travel or teleport rooms, a visual inconsistency of the controls in the customization option and a issue with a timestamp on the Nintendo Switch version.
