Bing Chat was Microsoft’s surprising commitment to revolutionize the search engine market by integrating the OpenAI artificial intelligence technology that we could see in ChatGTP.
Still only available to a small group of beta testers (although Microsoft is accepting new requests), the next logical step in Microsoft’s commitment to this technology was to integrate it into more products, and after reaching Teams or Skype, and its intention to bring it to several applications of the Office suite, now those of Redmond have announced that Bing Chat will be integrated into Windows 11.
In this way, we will have all the power of Microsoft’s artificial intelligence chatbot integrated directly into the operating system, Specifically, through the search bar, any type of query can be made to artificial intelligence and we will obtain answers directly, without having to enter Bing or any application.
At the moment, this feature is integrated in the latest version of Windows 11, but only to users who already have early access to Bing Chat.
It is clear that ChatGPT and OpenAI technology is here to stay and will soon be present in more products, changing the way we interact with electronic devices towards a much more natural and human communication. In fact, it would not be unusual for us to soon see this technology applied to virtual assistants like Alexa or Siri. Who knows if even Microsoft will be considering bringing Cortana back to life with the new capabilities of artificial intelligence.
