() — Billie Eilish is facing critics who apparently have a problem with the way her style has evolved over the years.
The 21-year-old Grammy winner posted a series of photos to her Instagram stories over the weekend, writing: “I spent the first 5 years of my career being absolutely OBLITERED by you idiots for being masculine and dressing like I did and I was constantly told that I would be sexier if I acted like a woman.”
“Now, when I feel comfortable enough to wear something remotely feminine or appropriate, I’ve CHANGED and I’m a sellout,” the caption continues over a photo of herself. “And ‘what happened to her’ ‘OMG is not the same Billie is the same as the rest’ blah blah blah.”

Eilish went on to call out “real jerks” and “bozos.” “Let there be women!” she added.
Eilish followed up with more posts.
“FUN FACT: Did you know women are multitalented!!!!! Believe it or not, women can be interested in many things,” she wrote.
“Also that femininity is not synonymous with weakness? !!!! omg?! Crazy, right? Who was going to say it,” she added. “And also totally unheard of and insane to want to express yourself differently at different times.”
Eilish told Elle magazine in 2021 that she lost 100,000 followers on social media after sharing a different look.
“People hold on to these memories and have an attachment,” he told the publication. “But it’s very dehumanizing.”
