be quiet! launches three Shadow Base 800 cases with modular GPU mounting and ARGB lighting

Be quiet! has released the new series of boxes Shadow Base with his new Shadow Base 800a model that will be available in three versions that vary in their RGB lighting systems, from the basic model that has no lighting, to the FX model with an advanced lighting system and the DX with somewhat more modest lighting but with its own controller also.

All be quiet! Shadow Base 800 feature a system of GPU modules that can rotate to position the graphics card horizontally or vertically.

Its internal design is based on two chambers, the main one for most of the components and the lower one for power supplies and hard drives. Three front fans and one rear are responsible for keeping temperatures under control. Specifically, they are Pure Wings 3 140mm 1,200 RPM fans for the conventional model and the DX, and four 120mm Light Wings and PWM control on the FX model. In total there are 8 fans.

The construction material combines steel, ABS plastic and tempered glass, and they will be available in black and white, with support for motherboards up to E-ATX, 43-centimeter graphics and two 3.5″ slots along with four 2, 5″. Front connectivity offers 3.5mm minijack, USB-A and USB-C.

The Shadow Base 800 will come in three versions, the normal model for 149.90 euros, the FX variant at 199.90 euros and an intermediate model, the Shador Base 800 DX for 164.90 euros.
