Bandai Namco and ILCA establish new company related to Ace Combat

According to official information coming from Bandai Namco, a new company has been founded in a joint effort and will be related to, but not limited to, the flight franchise.

Bandai Namco Aces take flight

Through an official statement, Bandai Namco announced its union with the Japanese company ILCA (I Love Computer Art), based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, which has resulted in Bandai Namco Aces that will be in charge of various projects in the video game company . According to the information, the president and CEO of this newly founded company will be Takuya Iwasaki, former director of ILCA, while Kazutoki Kono, director of Ace Combat will be Executive Vice President.

According to a report from Gamesindustry.biz, Bandai Namco has 51% of the shares of Bandai Namco Aces, while ILCA kept the remaining 49%. Although there are no further details about it, the general objective is to continue creating higher quality video games. It is known that a new Ace Combat It is already in plans and this new installment could become a reality within the new company.

ILCA was founded in 2010 as a video production company, but later specialized in supporting the development of video games, counting on its curriculum with Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and deliveries of Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl.
