Through an official statement, Bandai Namco announced its union with the Japanese company ILCA (I Love Computer Art), based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, which has resulted in Bandai Namco Aces that will be in charge of various projects in the video game company . According to the information, the president and CEO of this newly founded company will be Takuya Iwasaki, former director of ILCA, while Kazutoki Kono, director of Ace Combat will be Executive Vice President.

According to a report from Gamesindustry.biz, Bandai Namco has 51% of the shares of Bandai Namco Aces, while ILCA kept the remaining 49%. Although there are no further details about it, the general objective is to continue creating higher quality video games.
