What’s new?
This renewed channel is not only faster, with an average processing of 1,400 transactions, but it is also lighter, so it takes up less storage space on mobile devices.
As part of its news, Mi Bancolombia will also give priority to information. This way, the client will be able to have greater detail about the credit payment history and it will be easier to consult statements, certificates and documents.
Furthermore, so that people’s experience is not affected, the functionalities that are most used in this channel will not have changes, that is, customers will see them the same. However, it is important that you do not delete the previous application, as There are some services that are still in the migration process.
On the other hand, new customers who download the app will be able to open a savings account this way in a 100% digital process.
