With the evolution of graphics in video games, this medium has been able to tell stories in an elaborate and aesthetic way. On the occasion of the launch of The Gray Manthe Russo brothers, directors of The Avengers: Endgameparticipated in a dynamic with IGN in which they rated some escape or chase sequences from video games.
Among those selected was Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, which includes an incredible chase sequence. Without going into much detail, both Joe and Anthony Russo talked about the way Naughty Dog projected Nathan Drake and Sam Drake’s escape on a motorcycle, which they found similar to the sequence seen in the movie. sky fall (in which James Bond is shown riding a motorcycle on rooftops), and they gave it a 7 out of 10. That’s not all, as Joe Russo even stated that “Uncharted is one of the best action video game franchises of all time.”

The Last of Us: Part II is one of the best games according to Joe Russo
The praise for Sony franchises did not end there, since the selection also appeared The Last of Us: Part II. Again, without going into too much detail, the chase that was rated was one of the best, as Russo highlighted good use of a limited field of view, great sound design, character tracking, and obstacles that actually they make you feel tension in the flight.
There was more praise for The Last of Us: Part IIWell, this Russo brother also mentioned that as a whole this sequence could well be worthy of the techniques of Steven Spielberg, one of the most recognized filmmakers worldwide.
