The franchise Avatar seeks once again to get among the most popular works. Not only will it do so with the premiere of the second film, which already has an official trailer and has been scheduled to arrive in theaters on December 16 of this year, but they are also looking to reach video game consoles.
The developer company Massive Entertainment works hand in hand with Ubisoft for the publication of “Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora”. The title was presented in June 2021 with a short preview where you can see the impressive scenery and the strange fauna of the planet.
The game will be released on the latest generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X; Unfortunately, it was expected for the beginning of 2023, but it was announced that the project had been postponed to an undetermined date.
As detailed in the results of the first quarter of the company’s fiscal year, Avatar would move to some time in 2023 or 2024. Journalist Geoff Keighley confirmed the information and insider Jeff Grubb commented that it may be due to gameplay problems.
We will have to settle for the trailer that was released in mid-2021 and the movie Avatar: The Way of Water, a project by 20th Century Studios and James Cameron. We share the trailer for the film below.
