The call to participate in the Explora VA Camp is now open! 2023, initiative of the Explora Coquimbo Project of the Ministry of Science and executed by Northern Catholic Universitywhat are you looking for strengthen and promote the development of scientific and transversal skills in the teaching community of the Coquimbo Region.
After two years, the event will once again take place in person, and for this, teachers of Basic and Secondary Education, of all kinds of specialties, and also, Educators and Educators of Párvulos, of the diverse communes of our region are invited; so that they can join an experience of exchange and active learning of science and technology.
In the words of the Camp manager, Natalia Arias, the event seeks to support education in science, knowledge and innovation in educational communities “and contribute to its continuous improvement. Also, it seeks to promote the formation of learning networks and collaboration networks between teachers.
The activity will take place in the Northern Catholic University and will have one duration of five days (9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 January), and has 45 slotsin order to transform its participants into agents of change within their educational institutions, through the delivery and development of tools that allow adding value to the educational community from the various dimensions that science and technology possess.

To be part of the Explora VA! camp, the application documents must be downloaded from the website www.explora.cl/coquimbo and sent to the email [email protected], being on November 30, 2022 the last day to apply. “I invite everyone to be part of this initiative, we hope that all teachers and educators of kindergartens in the three provinces of the Coquimbo Region can have the opportunity to strengthen their skills and what better way to do it in the camp Explore VA! 2023”, comments Natalia Arias.
