Dec. 3 (Portaltic/EP) –
Atari has recovered another of its classic video game consoles coinciding with the Christmas campaign to offer the 7800+ model, which is compatible with the original classic games that users have.
Atari 7800+ is inspired by the design of the Atari 7800, which the technology company launched in the mid-1980s and for which there were 59 video games, including Asteroids, Commando, Donkey Kong and Mario Bros.
The console update is designed to be able to play on today’s televisions with the HDMI port and two CX78+ wireless controllers, as reported by the company in the product page.
It is also compatible with the original cartridges of the Atari 2600 and 7800 computers, but for those who do not have any, the console includes the video game Bentley Bear’s Crystal Quest.
The console is now available, coinciding with the start of the Christmas campaign, and can be compared from the Atari store, for 132 dollars (about 125 euros at the exchange rate).
