At least three people have been injured, one of them in critical condition, after a firearm attack registered on Thursday night in the streets of the city of Tel Aviv, in western Israel.
The country’s health authorities have reported that the three injured have been transferred to medical centers in Tel Aviv in conditions ranging from moderate to critical injuries, according to the newspaper ‘The Times of Israel’.
Later, employees of the Ichilov Medical Center reported that the critically injured man has been stabilized and will now undergo surgery. They have also highlighted that two other people are receiving psychological treatment.

The police chief of the Tel Aviv district, Amichai Eshed, who was dismissed on Thursday but is still in charge, has attributed the attack to a “terrorist” who died after being shot several times by two officers.
