Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Ukrainian Regional Military Administration in the city of Kharkov, reported on Wednesday that at least three people, including a thirteen-year-old minor, have died in an attack by Russian forces.
The bombardment, which occurred this morning, has hit the Saltiv district and has left at least one other person injured, as Sinegubov explained in his Telegram messaging application account.
“Unfortunately, as a result of a shelling by the occupation forces, three people have died, a man, a woman and a thirteen-year-old boy. The injured is a 72-year-old woman,” he said.
However, he has indicated that the figure could be higher given that the final balance of the Regional Center for Emergency and Medical Assistance is unknown at the moment. Those who have died were in the street at the time of the bombing.
Police sources have revealed to the Ukrinform news agency that the attack would have been carried out with Uragan rocket launchers. The Police have opened an investigation and explosives experts have traveled to the scene.
On Tuesday, fourteen people were injured as part of a shelling by Russian forces in the Kharkov region.
