At least three dead and 30 injured in a bus accident in a Donetsk town under Russian control

At least three people have died and 30 others have been injured in a bus accident in the Russian-controlled province of Donetsk, pro-Russian authorities have reported.

The regional Ministry of Health has indicated that the passenger bus, which was heading from the Russian city of Krasnodar (southwest) to Donetsk, was carrying 37 passengers when it crashed and overturned, according to the TASS news agency.

The regional Ministry of the Interior has subsequently stated in its report that the fault of the driver of the passenger bus could be behind the cause of the incident, considering that “he did not take into account the road or weather conditions, he ignored the limit of speed and lost control.
