A Russian military aircraft Su-34 crashed this Monday in the spa town of Yeisk, near Ukraine and washed by the Sea of Azov, and caused a large fire in a residential buildingreported the Russian Ministry of Defense, in addition to three dead and another 15 wounded.

The cause of the accident was the fire of one of the engines during takeoffaccording to the pilot, who catapulted. When it crashed in the yard, the fuel from the plane caught fire.
The fire area extends over 2,000 square meters, according to preliminary information from the emergency services collected by the official TASS agency. Local and emergency authorities speak of between 15 and 17 apartments damaged by the fire, according to the EFE agency.
The Governor of Krasnodar, Venyamin Kondratievhas traveled to the scene of the emergency, as he wrote on his Telegram channel.
The Russian President, Vladimir Putinhas ordered the governor of Krasnodar, the head of the Ministry for Emergency Situations, Alexandr Kurenkov, and the Minister of Health, Mikhail Murashko, to fly to Yeisk to provide all necessary assistance to the injured.

While the fighting rages on the battlefield, efforts to help Ukraine are taking place off it. The European Union has decided to launch a “powerful mission” of “high level” training, whose objective is to train 15,000 Ukrainian military and unlock 500 million euros for finance the delivery of weapons to Ukraine.
The training will take place not in Ukraine but on community territory, especially in Poland, and will serve to train not only rank-and-file soldiers, but also commanders. On the other hand, the money for weapons will come from the European Peace Support Fund, whose total allocation amounts to 5,700 million euros for the period 2021-2027.
Since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine, the EU has already allocated 3,100 million to finance military aid to Ukraine, a figure to which must be added the national contributions of the Member States.
