A massive Russian missile strike against the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rihin the Dnipropetrovsk region, in the center of the countryhas caused, at least, six dead and 25 woundedwhen one of these missiles hit a residential building.
The head of the region’s military administration, Serhiy Lysak, said through his Telegram channel that the Russians had “perpetrated another terrorist act against residential areas. All night long. Cruel. There are dead and wounded”. Lysak insisted to the population that he not ignore the air sirens because the situation is “still very dangerous“.
“The apartments from the first to the fifth floor are on fire. The fire has covered 700 square meters. Rescuers are turning it off,” Lysak was quoted as saying by the Ukrinform news agency.he mayor of the city, Oleksandr Vilkul, said it was believed that at least seven other people are trapped under the rubble.

According to the Ukrinform agency, a Russian high-precision missile hit an apartment block and an unknown number of residents remain in the rubble. Kryvyi Rih, from 635,000 inhabitants and located about 440 kilometers south of kyivis the hometown of the Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Zelensky.
