At least five people have been killed by an Israeli airstrike on the Nur Shams refugee camp in the West Bank, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.

This attack has resulted in the death of at least two Palestinian civilians, including a child, and several injuries, four of whom have been taken to hospital.

For the second consecutive day, the Israeli Army has launched an offensive against the Nour Shams camp, east of Tulkarm, where the number of deaths rises to five, according to witnesses from the site collected by the aforementioned agency.

After the attack, Israeli troops have remained in the area, the work of medical teams, whose ambulances cannot access the field to transport the bodies of the deceased and transfer the injured to hospitals.

The authorities of the Gaza Strip reported this Saturday, in the latest update of their official casualty count, that 34,012 people have died and 76,833 have been injured as a result of the Israeli Army's attacks on the Gaza Strip in response. to the Hamas attacks, which on October 7 left 1,200 dead.
