At least 33 people have died and nine others have been injured after the Russian bombardment that took place last Saturday in the Ukrainian city of Chasovoy Yar, in the Kherson region, in southern Ukraine, while the projectile attacks against the East of the country.

“At 11:30 p.m. (local time), the body of a dead child, born in approximately 2013, was found in a five-story residential building in the city of Chasovoy Yar during emergency rescue operations,” authorities said. ukrainian

Likewise, the emergency services have removed a total of nine people from the rubble, although they do not rule out that more may be found, so they continue with the rescue operations.

The projectile has hit a residential area of ​​the city, the most important in the northeast of the country and located near Donbas, an area with a Russian military presence.


Already on Friday, Russian forces shelled farmland, a poultry farm, a landfill and open areas in Kharkov province. A 64-year-old woman had to be hospitalized for shrapnel after an impact in Tsirkunivsk.

In fact, a spokesman for the military government of the Odessa region, Serhii Bratchuk, assured that the Russian Army is “intentionally” destroying crops in the Kherson region with incendiary ammunition and preventing the population from putting out the fires that also destroy granaries and cultivation material.
