Nov. 6 (EUROPA PRESS) –
At least 30 people have been injured this Sunday when a train derailed in the center of Seoul, the capital of South Korea, according to the convoy operator, KORAIL.
The train derailed around 8:55 p.m. this Sunday (12:55 p.m., Spanish peninsular time) when it was about to enter Yeongdeungpo station, in downtown Seoul, with 275 people on board, reports the South Korean news agency Yonhap.
The train was headed for Iksan in North Jeolla Province, about 180 kilometers south of Seoul, and left Yongsan in Seoul Province at 8:15 p.m.
The country is still shocked by the death of 156 people, most of them young, in a human avalanche that occurred on October 29 during a Halloween party.
