( Spanish) — At least 19 people died in an operation in which the Mexican Army captured this Monday Edwin Antonio Rubio López, alias “El Max”, the alleged head of an armed criminal cell associated with the Pacific cartel, who would have participated in the recent wave of violence in the municipality of Culiacán, in Sinaloa, reported the Secretariat of National Defense in a statement published this Tuesday.
