The ASUS TUF Gaming family of products has welcomed a new member: He ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQL3A. It is an ultra-panoramic monitor in 21:9 format that offers a resolution of 3,440 x 1,440 or WQHD and that takes advantage of its curved panel to facilitate vision of the entire screen area.
Specifically, its VA panel offers a contrast of 4000:1 and has a radius of curvature of 1,500R and a diagonal of 34 inches. It reaches 180 HZ refresh rate and a response time of 1ms. The 180 HZ is adaptive and supports AMD FreeSync Premium technology along with ELMB technology to reduce motion blur. ELMB synchronizes the flashing of the LED backlight with the panel’s refresh rate in real time, adapting in case it varies by means of FreeSync Premium or Adaptive Sync, in such a way that “motion blur” is avoided.
Thanks to its maximum brightness of 400 nits, it complies with the VESA DisplayHDR 400 standard and, in addition, it is capable of reaching that level of brightness in SDR mode as well.
Finally, the ASUS TUF Gaming VG34VQL3A has four video ports, two of them HDMI 2.0 and the other two DisplayPort 1.4. Additionally, we have a USB-A 3.1 HUB. At the moment, its price has not been revealed.
