ASUS has launched the new zenfone 9, a phone that stands out for its smallest size than we are used to and that makes it more manageable even with one hand. It has a 5.9” screen, with a panel Samsung AMOLED E4 and resolution of 1080×2400 points with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is compatible with HDR10 + and has a Delta E value less than 1 capable of reproducing up to 112% of the DCI-P3 spectrum.
Inside it we find the mighty Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 along with a maximum of 16GB RAM and 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Thanks to the incorporation of this more powerful Snapdragon, a performance increase of 15% has been achieved in the CPU, 50% in the GPU with a 30% improvement in energy efficiency. The Zenfone 9 incorporates a vapor chamber that helps keep the CPU and the phone in general at a good temperature.
As for the camera system, this ASUS Zenfone 9 includes a Sony IMX 766 main sensor with a size of 1/1.56” and 50 MPhas an f/1.9 aperture and has a 6 axis hybrid gimbal to stabilize the image. The second sensor is a 12 MP ultra wide angle with a viewing angle of 113º and that also functions as macro camera. On the front it has a 12 MP selfie camera with autofocus.
The ASUS Zenfone 9 is dust and water resistant with a degree of protection IP68, you will not have to worry about the rain or if you take it to do sports. It has also been made using a new material that increases grip and prevents fingerprints from sticking to the phone. It has a 4,300mAh battery which supports fast charging up to 30W, luckily we found the charger and cable compatible with this charging inside the box.
